                       Prices effective March 1 , 2008 - August 31 , 2008

Wedding services include formal pictures of bride in wedding gown before wedding     (usually 2 weeks ), bride and bridesmaids  at house  on day of wedding ( about an hour before ceremony ) , ceremony and reception .........$ 1250.00  A non - refundable deposit of $ 250.00 will be due at the time of the booking.

Your photos will be printed six [ 6 ] images on 8 1/2 x 11 photo paper and bound in a leather album . Your will also be displayed on our secure web site for viewing so your family and friends can order reprints directly through our secure web site.

I hereby grant to Steve Furst / Furst Photos and irrevocable consent to the use of any photographs of me and/or my wedding for any legal purpose, portfolio, exhibitions, promotions, publication and resale in any type of media including any and/or all types of electronic, internet, internet & websites, film, TV, video tape, CD / DVD, print or any other form of publishing whatsoever by you or any agent appointed by you. I also understand that all negatives, positives, and digital images are protected by copyright and shall remain the property solely of Stephen Furst / Furst Photos completely and that no reproduction of any of the above is permitted without the express written consent of Stephen Furst / Furst Photos. I also state that I have read the above statement and understand it fully and completely.

A non refundable deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of of signing of this contract . The balance is due on or before the day of the wedding.
